              ABOUT THE BUSINESS FORUM

Did you know that there are 150+ companies in New England with strong economic ties to France?

              Picture
These successful businesses include subsidiaries of French firms, companies with French management, and the many operations that market and sell French goods or technologies. They collectively employ close to 20,000 employees in the 5 states of New England.

In order to provide a setting for these businesses to come together, the French American Chamber of Commerce, New England Chapter (FACCNE), with the support of the French Consulate in Boston and the Regional Economic Service of the French Embassy in the United States, is currently preparing for the first ever French-American Business Forum of New England. This first-of-its-kind event, to be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2011, in Boston, is a tremendous opportunity for the business community of the Greater Boston area to learn about the French economic presence in our region. Specifically, it will provide unique opportunities for French, American, and international individuals and companies to improve their visibility and connect within this vast network.
